preparing oneself or others intellectually for a mature life is what Education is to WEFI. It is important in life because it gives people the skills and tools they need to navigate the world and also it helps you broaden that spectrum of knowledge and hold your own mind and reason. As part of our efforts to make education available to the brilliant but needy students, particularly those in the rural parts of our country, WEFI in this guest gives scholarships to them to be able to further their education. Recently WEFI also donated educational materials such as books, school bags, school uniforms, stationaries, and many more to the schools at Kojo Ashong Basic School a suburb of Amasamang in Greater Accra of Ghana. As part of WEFI’s project, another area of operation we seek to pursue vigorously and expand as we are doing already is providing scholarship sponsorship to brilliant but needy students whose dreams of attaining higher education have ended abruptly due to poverty. Over the years, over 100 students were given scholarships to pursue courses in both secondary and tertiary institutions in some parts of
